Todd and April are top notch people. They make buying a new truck easy. I called Todd, we made a deal and April did the financing paperwork. All I had to do was go in, do paperwork and it was done. Absolute wonderful experience. I bought my first truck from Glen Sain in 1997, and I’ve never looked back. For 28 years I’ve been buying from them, that’s a true testament to the commitment they have to making sure the customer is happy with their purchase. It’s a top notch dealership from sales to service. I’ve always felt like family any time that I’ve called or been in person.

I only asked for an oil change and new wiper blades. When the technician asked about changing filters, I agree to that. I did not ask for a tire rotation, because I get those done at the place where I purchased my tires. I was charged for a tire rotation. This was never mentioned, and I didn’t realize it until after I got home and was looking at my invoice.
